Biznes Inwestycje Plus Alternatywna Spółka Inwestycyjna SA (BI Plus ASI SA), a fund providing short- and medium-term financing for enterprises, is included in the Fingrow group. BI Plus ASI SA is an investment company entered in the register of managing Alternative Investment Companies (No. PLASI000239) kept by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority. The strategy of BI Plus ASI SA assumes a combination of dedicated debt financing with partial equity for the enterprise with an established level of operational control during the investment process. The BI Plus ASI SA management team, based on its own experience and analysis of the debt market in Poland, identified a supply gap in the field of specialized debt financing solutions for companies from the SME sector, which due to the deteriorated financial standing are outside the area of interest of commercial banks and / or they are too small to use the product solutions offered by the capital market or private debt.
BI Plus ASI SA received a guarantee from the European Investment Fund for the amount of EUR 100 million, which covers up to 70% of losses in the investment portfolio of the fund financing SME enterprises. Acting in this way, BI Plus ASI SA deals with comprehensive restructuring and co-financing of the client's business. BI Plus ASI SA invests in operationally mature companies which, due to various internal or external factors, found themselves in a crisis economic situation.
